It was a grinding game on the intramural field at Long Beach State, but the Belmont Shore U19 Rugby Club pulled it off, coming back from behind to defeat Lawndale 26-19, their third victory of the year against Lawndale.  They now advance to the SoCal Regional Championships next Saturday at Cal State Fullerton, where they’ll face the Los Anglels Cougars.  We’ll have a larger preview up this week, and of course we’ll let you know how they do on Saturday—if they win, they’ll head to Utah to compete for a national title.
