
In the matinee to the Poly/Jordan boys’ showdown of the undefeateds, the undefeated ‘Rabbits and Panthers’ girls’ teams played, to a more lopsided result, as Poly came away with a 72-23 win. Poly took the early lead and was up 38-11 at the half, and 60-14 after three quarters. Leaders for Poly were Monique Oliver, who was 6-7 from the field for 12 points, five rebounds, and four blocks, Ariya Crook-Williams with 14 points, and Thaddesia Southall with ten points and five boards. Leaders for the Panthers were sophomore Armani Wiley, with seven points, and Eirenei Alesana with five rebounds.
