Give credit to defending Texas Open champ Zach Johnson—his -10 round on Saturday (which ties the course record) deservedly put him at the top of the leaderboard, over Long Beach’s Paul Goydos.  But weather delayed Goydos’ round—he currently sits in second place, holding steady at -12…but that’s just through 12 holes.

John Mallinger, also of Long Beach State, currently sits at -8, tied for 14th place, though he also had a suspended round after 14 holes.  Mallinger, Goydos, and the rest of the delayed field will resume their rounds on Sunday morning, we’ll keep you updated!
