10:00 | Just got a quick note from our good friends at LB PONY, and wanted to pass it along to any potential interested parties.  LB PONY’s final registration session will be this Saturday (January 30th), from 10am to Noon at the Beach Club (Bellflower and PCH).

There will also be tryouts on Saturday, February 6th from 9am till 4pm at Whaley Park, if you want to be a walk-up.

LB PONY has a rich recent history, with a World Title in 2008, and second in the world in 2007; they’re looking for 13 and 14-year old baseball players who want to participate at the highest level of organized baseball, in preparation for participation at the high school level.
