So, as best we can figure it, here’s where we stand. Lakewood and Wilson play next week for the league title. If Lakewood wins, they have the title outright. If Wilson wins, they’ll share it at 5-1, and Wilson would be the league’s top seed. If Poly beats Compton, they’ll be 4-2 in league and—if Wilson loses—would be the league’s two-seed because of the tiebreak. If Compton beats Poly, Compton will be in the playoffs as the three-seed, and Poly will be out of the postseason for the first time in thirty years (there would be a three-way tie at 3-3 in third place, but Poly would be the odd team out having lost to both Millikan and Compton). Millikan, regardless of what happens next week, is the four seed.
