When Megan Smith graduated and headed off to play women’s volleyball at Goucher, hopes were surely high for her prospects as an outside hitter; at the recent conclusion of her career with the university, she certainly proved them to be well-founded.  Smith, who was named to the All-Landmark Conference women’s volleyball team, finishes as the school’s all-time career kill leader, and set records at the school for most kills in a match, and in a season.  She was also just the third player in the history of the program to make the all-conference team three times in her career.
