Some sad news to report—Bill Williams, former LBCC Foundation president and active foundation member, as well as a longtime member of the Century Club, has passed away from cancer.  Williams liked to joke that he was as old as LBCC because he was born in 1927, when the school he loved was founded.  Williams was proud of his LBCC education, and was a member of the Alumni Hall of Fame.  A memorial for Williams was held at St. Bart’s Church in Belmont Shore last Saturday.
