Here are your final league standings, final for the 2009 season. Millikan fell to Lakewood, but considering that they’re league champs, and that of the 100 runs scored in their games, only nine were against them, there’s probably not much head-hanging in East Long Beach. Poly and Lakewood tie for second to finish the season, but Poly will go into the playoffs as the two-seed by virtue of their head-to-head record. Wilson rounds out the playoff entrants, while Jordan, Cabrillo, and Compton are all done for the year.
