As an at-large bid making their first playoff appearance, expectations weren’t that high for the Cabrillo Jaguars, who nonetheless made a game of it on the road playing San Clemente, the tournament’s seventh-seed, and the 11-time defending South Coast League champions.  The Jags hung tough but fell, 48-40, to end their 08-09 campaign.
