There are road games and then there are road games, and the Wilson Bruins ate up a lot of asphalt on their way to take care of business in Oxnard, where they took care of their first-round CIF playoff opponent 65-49.  The Bruins proved they weren’t bus-lagged with 27 points in the first quarter.  Bruin standout Mike Wilder posted 27 points on the game, and may have posted a triple-double as well—his coach Matt Michelson said they’ll need to get an official stat line on his assists first.  Big man Joel Bitonio definitely grabbed another double-double, with 11 points and 10+ rebounds; Andre Crenshaw rounded out the leaders with 13 points.  “I was real happy with our play,” said Michelson after, “A complete game.”

Wilson will play second-seed King on Friday night, in the Wilson gym.
