Last night the Long Beach Unified School District honored the Century Club for 52 years of service in the promotion of Long Beach prep athletics.  LBUSD superintendent Chris Steinhauser was on hand as Jon Meyer presented a certificate of commendation to current president Dan Cooch, who was joined at the meeting by past presidents Sam Breuklander, Bill Baca, and Bob Hoyt, as well as current board members Gayle Braun, John Fylpaa, Gary Cohee, and president-elect Mark Halloran, all pictured below:
