Wilson’s Chris Hubbard, Ty Provencher, Riley Parker and Ross Johnson held the visiting Jordan Panthers to 2 hits and 1 run in a 14-1 win for the Bruins. The offense finally got going as WIlson banged out a season-high 15 hits. Jordan Lillegard, Blake Cooper and Keith White each collected a pair of hits in the victory. Stephan Miladinovich, Kyle Ritter, Chase DeJong and Solomon Williams all had RBI doubles in the contest. The Bruins will play this weekend, starting with a doubleheader this Saturday, in the Annual Anaheim Lion’s Tournament at Glover Field and Brookhurst Park.
The win improves Wilson to 2-1 in league, while Jordan falls to 0-3. Wilson’s next league game will be against Poly on April 14th in the afternoon game at Blair. Jordan will play a trio of nonleague games over the break and then take on Cabrillo in the 4/14 nightcap at Blair.
