As with the last few weeks, we’ve broken the game down so much in our scouting reports that we’re going to forgo a quick-and-dirty preview here and just make sure you know how to get to the game, and enjoy it. The game will be at 8pm tonight (though if last night was any indication it’s likely to start later), at the Home Depot Center. Tickets are $15 and are now only available at the HDC box office.
Directions to the HDC are shockingly simple—just take the 405 north to Avalon (North), and you’ll be right there. Be advised that parking will be $10 no matter how much you plead, beg, or point out that you have a press pass. Ahem. It won’t take very long to get there, since it’s just a little under ten miles on the 405, and the Saturday traffic shouldn’t be too bad. As always, we’ve posted Google maps directions from the Pyramid at LBSU to help you out.
Be sure to dress warm! We mentioned that the forecast for last week’s Tesoro game was supposed to be chilly, which it was, but it’s supposed to get down below 50 tonight, and especially if this game goes late (last night’s 8pm game, with a delayed start, didn’t finish till almost 11:30), you’ll regret it if you were the guy who thought he could tough it out.
If all that sounds too intimidating—and it shouldn’t, this is a State Championship, people—then you can catch the game on Fox Sports, a ten-second tape delay after it starts.
See you in the stands!
