From LBSU reports

Those of us who’ve taken in Long Beach State basketball over the past month have noticed the high school students filling the stands, making noise, and generally adding to the community atmosphere in the ‘Myd.  It’s been great, and we’re not the only ones who think so.  The LBSU athletic department has decided to extend the free ticket offer to high school students for the remainder of the basketball season.

Over 500 local students and 18 high school sports teams came to watch the ten games (4 women’s and 6 men’s) played at home over the holiday season. The students helped the women’s team draw a record crowd for the “Pack the House” competition.
If you’re a high school student, simply present your school ID at the Pyramid Box Office on game night for one free ticket.  Teams interested in taking advantage of the offer should RSVP at least two days prior to the game of their choice.
As before, contact Dedan Brozino at 562) 985-8094 or dbrozino@csulb.edu for more information or to RSVP.
