We’ve been praising the Poly defense all season, and they looked better than ever playing host to the Lakewood Lancers Wednesday evening, as they won 60-31.  The Jackrabbits only allowed 12 points in the first half—five players scored six or more points for Poly, but the leader was Shelton Boykin, with 18 points and ten rebounds.  

The ‘Rabbits are now 18-2 overall and 7-0 in league; they’ll host Wilson on Friday.  Lakewood is now 11-10 overall, and 3-4 in league.
