Today at 3pm, three Moore League teams will compete in the league’s best sport: boys’ tennis.  Wait, you’re thinking—I thought football was the league’s best sport?  Well, unlike any other sport, three local teams are in the CIF quarterfinals, as Poly, Lakewood, and Wilson all host matches today (three of the four quarterfinals being held have a local team competing).

Poly will host Corona/Santiago, Lakewood will be visited by Valencia/Placencia, and Wilson will tackle Vista Murrieta.  If the Bruins and Lancers both pull off a win, they’ll meet each other in the semifnal.  If the ‘Rabbits advance, they’ll see the winner of Oaks Christian and Claremont.
