Wilson 244, Mayfair 302

Wilson sophomore, Alexis Hayes, started her round off with a highlight she will always remember. After hitting her tee shot down the middle of the 365 yard par four first hole at Lakewood Country Club (Par 37), Hayes holed a four iron from 155 yards for an eagle two. She finished with a round of 46, which was the second best score on the day, as the Bruins defeated the Mayfair Monsoons 244 to 302. 

Wilson, senior, Alex Hoye, earned the medalist honors with an eight over par round of 45.

Wilson is now 8-0, 2-0 on the season heading into a Moore League showdown with Lakewood High School on Tuesday at Skylinks Golf Course. Lakewood and Wilson are both undefeated in Moore League play heading into the match

Lakewood continued their juggernaut roll and the Bruins picked up their first loss of the season—the Lancers are 4-0 in league, and the Bruins are now 8-1 overall and 2-1 in Moore League play.

Lakewood senior, Kati Thompson, earned the medalist honors with a season low round of even par 36. Thompson made three birdies during her round.
