A Lake Elsinore resident was killed following a tumble down an embankment near the southbound 710 Freeway/Pacific Coast Highway onramp.
33-year-old Cinthia Marily Cardozo Madrid’s white sedan headed down an embankment at around 7:30AM this past Sunday morning. The specific cause of the accident has yet to be determined.
