Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 74-year-old man with medical conditions who went missing Sunday morning.
Thomas Edward Morgan was last seen at around 5:34 a.m. at his living facility near the 3000 block of Cedar Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department. Morgan suffers from medical conditions and may easily become disoriented, authorities said.
Morgan does not have a car or cell phone and his destination is unknown, according to the LBPD.
Morgan is Black, 5 feet and 11 inches tall, 145 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes, authorities said.
He was previously missing and was located in Los Angeles, police said.
