It’s tough for young people to find a job these days.  But the Pacific Gateway Workforce Investment Network is making it a whole lot easier, and today will celebrate the Grand Opening of a brand new Youth Opportunities Center at 3447 Atlantic Avenue from 4:30-6:30pm.

The YOC will assist young workers with job searches and help put them in a profession that will benefit their careers.  Both employees and employers will be on hand to talk about how the YOC works tonight, and youth-driven projects will also demonstrate the possibilities when taking advantage of the Center.

Several elected officials will be on hand to mark the occasion, and tours of the Center begin at 5:30pm.
