The City of Long Beach is looking for volunteers to help clean designated areas of Long Beach by participating in the 25th Annual California Coastal Cleanup Day on Saturday, September 19, from 9:00am to 12:00pm. The event is a partnership with the California Coastal Commission, Heal the Bay, and the Long Beach Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine El Dorado Nature Center.

– Belmont Pool, 4000 East Olympic Plaza
– Bluff Park, Ocean Blvd. and Coronado.
– Colorado Lagoon, East Appian Way at Colorado St.
– Granada Beach, Ocean Blvd. at Granada Ave.
– Mothers Beach, East Appian Way under the Second Street bridge
– Pierpoint Landing, 200 Aquarium Way
– Golden Shore Marine Biological Reserve, Golden Shore Ave., next to the RV Park.
