A man suspected of stealing textbooks from a Cal State Long Beach bookstore last week is being sought by university police.

Authorities said the person walked into the 49er Shops Bookstore at about 2:38PM on Wednesday, February 5. He then placed two textbooks in his backpack and walked out of the business without making any attempt to pay for them, a release stated.
