A non-injury shooting in Long Beach’s Willmore neighborhood Wednesday afternoon is being investigated as possibly gang-related, according to the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD).

Officers were dispatched to a shots heard call at 12:39PM on Wednesday, January 13 near 11th Street and Daisy Avenue.

Evidence of a shooting was found near a residence but no one was reported injured, LBPD Spokeswoman Marlene Arrona said.

Officials are investigating the incident as gang-related, she said.
