The Los Angeles County’s Coroner is seeking the public’s help with the identification of an unidentified male.

He is a White or Hispanic male, 5’1″ tall, weighing 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He appears to be approximately 35+ years of age. He collapsed on March 22 of this year at 10:35pm after he walked into a rehabilitation center (location unknown) and asked for help. He was then transported to California Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. He had a Tibial Condylar metal plate implanted in his left tibia. No wallet or identification papers were found with him. He was wearing a large navy blue sweatshirt, blue denim shorts with a 38 waist as well grey jeans with a 32 waist and 30 length.
