With the major upcoming changes via the Affordable Care Act (ACA), small business owners and the self-employed are encouraged to attend a free workshop that will help them comply with the new law properly.
Sponsored by the South Bay Latino Chamber of Commerce, the workshop will help those affected by ACA comprehend the implications for their businesses as well as as themselves as business owners. This includes a discussion of the available small business tax credits, the health exchange and other available benefits to small businesses, as well as a Q&A session.
Spanish translation will be available.
The workshop will take place Friday, May 24, from 11:30AM to 1:30PM at the Museum of Latin American Art, located at 628 Alamitos Avenue. Free lunch and parking will be provided with RSVP through Andrew Barrera at Andrew.Barrera@att.net
