Artful Thinking, an arts community-based organization here in Long Beach, will present “A Night of Women: A Breast Cancer Benefit” Saturday, June 30. The event hosted by none other than Sheena Metal, self-proclaimed “The Queen of the Nighttime World.”

The night starts off at 6pm with an outdoors champagne art reception, featuring artist Roberta Nieto, a self-taught, abstract painter and sculptor from New Mexico. Check out the video below of Roberta’s sculpture work:

Following the reception, at 7pm DJ Zenway, just back from the Coachella Music Festival, spins old-school and disco to get you moving on the dancefloor. And finally live music that will rock you by musician Jill Warren, currently on the national tour of Cats: The Musical.

It’s a night of women helping women.
