This past Saturday, February 9, the Long Beach Mardi Gras returned to Shoreline Village for a family-friendly day of music, art, food and dancing. The day’s central event was the Mardi Gras parade, which went from the Aquarium of the Pacific to Shoreline Village, and featured everyone from dancers to stilt-walkers to mimes and more. This year’s Mardi Gras King and Queen were Steve Goodling and Michelle Molina.

Long Beach’s Mardi Gras was coordinated by Logan Crow of the Long Beach Cinematheque, in collaboration with Shoreline Village and the DLBA.
